🕒 How long are the dog walks?

Walks are available in different lengths, typically 30, or 60 minutes depending on your dog’s needs and energy level.

 

🐕 Will my dog be walked alone or with others?

Both options are available. bigger dogs are preferred to walk solo.

 

🔐 Is my dog safe with you?

Yes. Your dog’s safety is my top priority. I ensure safe walking routes, and constant supervision. I also avoid unsafe areas and check dogs regularly during walks.

 

📍 How do I book a dog walk?

You can book directly through the website booking system or contact me to arrange a suitable time. Regular weekly slots are also available.

 

🐾 What happens in bad weather?

Walks still go ahead in light rain or normal conditions. In extreme weather (storms, heatwaves, ice), walks may be shortened, rescheduled, or adjusted for safety.

 

🐕 What if my dog has special needs or medication?

That’s absolutely fine. Please provide full details during booking so I can make sure your dog is cared for properly.

 

🏡 Do you offer key holding or home access?

i currently don't offer key holding. I can do home access to collect your dog feed and give fresh water after walks if needed 

 

📸 Will I get updates on my dog?

Yes. I can provide updates, photos, or messages after walks so you know how your dog is doing.

 

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made via [cash/bank transfer Payment terms will be confirmed at booking.

 

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least [24/48 hours] notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged depending on circumstances.

Yes, I offer puppy-friendly walks tailored to their age, energy level, and training needs.
